How to make a 50/50 mix of Sculpey Firm/Super Sculpey
Making reliable armature (for human figures)
This year is my final year of schooling which, I can imagine will be over in a blink of an eye.
I intend to further my skills in art and hopefully make it into a career in the field someday.
Anyway the reason why I made this journal is because I am doing sculpture in super sculpey as my major pieces at the end of the year. I am relatively new to the medium but I am enjoying it very much.
I made this journal to ask those who are familiar in the medium if they are willing to pass on any tips or tricks.
Those who do will:
Be featured in my Future Journals
Will be mentioned in any artworks I do in super sculpey.
So far
,
and
have been very very helpful and they will be mentioned in both my artworks and journals.
Anybody who is reading this really needs to check these two out, they are amazing
The tips don't need to be much, they can say "Hey Casey, did you know that toothpaste makes a great sealant?" (That isn't true
)
The tips can also be links to tutorials. But PLEASE don't link to somewhere somebody else has already ^^ Save us both a lot of trouble!
The only thing I ask is that they are true, reliable and are related to what I need help on.
You can note me the tips, say them on my page, in this journal or on any of my sculpture artworks
Thank you so much guys, DeviantArt has the best and nicest community of artists out there and you have no idea how much I appreciate it!
